The service was fantastic, especially from the supervisor, Nabil, and the cleaner, Mona. The location was convenient with close proximity to the mall, airport, and metro station. The dining experience was fair with new and attractive options. The facilities were satisfactory given the circumstances.

The hotel allows for a non-smoking room policy, enhancing overall comfort.
